Our Commitment

CreoFeedback is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children.

Prevention Measures

1. Age Restriction: Users must be 18+ years to use our app (verified via Google Sign-In)
2. AI Content Moderation: All user-generated content is screened by AI for inappropriate material
3. User Reporting System: In-app reporting for any suspicious content or behavior
4. Account Termination: Immediate ban for users violating child safety policies
5. Data Security: Encrypted storage and transmission of all user data

Reporting CSAE

If you encounter any content related to child sexual abuse or exploitation:

Report In-App:

• Go to Profile → Report Content
• Submit details of the violation
• Our team responds within 24 hours

Our Response Process

1. Within 24 hours: Acknowledge report
2. Within 48 hours: Investigate content
3. Within 72 hours: Remove violating content + ban user
4. Report to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) when required by law
