Users may purchase points through Google Play's in-app billing system. All point purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies.

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency outside of the App.

CreoFeedback may provide AI-powered features, including channel analysis, recommendations, reports, and AI-generated responses.

To provide these features, certain information or content may be processed by third-party AI service providers, including Google Gemini API.

Depending on the feature you use, information submitted for AI processing may include:
