1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CreoFeedback. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CreoFeedback mobile application (the "App") and its related services.

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CreoFeedback.

If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

If you are under the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of CreoFeedback:

• You must sign in using Google Authentication.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account with another person.
• Each individual user should maintain only one CreoFeedback account.

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account unless the activity resulted from a security issue that was not caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.2 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user:

• Violates these Terms or our policies
• Engages in fraudulent or abusive activity
• Attempts to manipulate the points or reward system
• Uses automated systems, bots, or scripts without authorization
• Engages in activity that may harm the App or other users
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

We may also take appropriate action where necessary to protect the security, integrity, or availability of the App.

4. Points and Reward System

4.1 Earning Points

CreoFeedback may provide points ("Points") as part of its feedback and engagement system.

Users may earn Points by participating in eligible activities, including:

• Submitting feedback on eligible tasks
• Providing useful and quality feedback
• Watching videos in the Video Booster feed
• Testing apps and providing app feedback
• Completing eligible activities offered within the App
• Participating in promotional or bonus programs, where available
• Referring new users through the referral program
• Completing daily login streaks

The number of Points awarded may vary depending on the type, quality, and eligibility of the activity.

As a general example, eligible feedback may earn approximately 10–30 Points, subject to the rules applicable at the time of submission.

Daily login bonuses or other promotional rewards may be offered from time to time and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at our discretion.

4.2 Using Points

Points may be used within the App for eligible features, including creating tasks and requesting feedback from other users.

The number of Points required for a particular feature or task may vary depending on factors such as viewer count, task requirements, or other platform conditions.

Points have no cash value. Points are not currency, deposits, securities, or financial assets and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated by CreoFeedback.

Points are non-transferable between users unless a specific feature expressly allows such transfer.

4.3 Purchasing Points

CreoFeedback may offer Points for purchase through in-app purchase packages.

Current Point packages may include:

Prices and available packages may change from time to time. The price displayed at the time of purchase will be the applicable price.

Purchases are processed through the applicable app store or payment provider. Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes may be subject to the applicable store's policies and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable app store rules, completed purchases of Points are generally non-refundable.

5. Video Booster

CreoFeedback offers a "Video Booster" feature that allows creators to promote their video content and viewers to earn points by watching videos.

5.1 For Creators

Creators may create a Video Booster task by providing a YouTube video link, setting the number of viewers, and paying the applicable points fee.

Creators must own or have permission to promote the video, and the content must comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines and applicable laws.

• Manipulating view counts through artificial means is prohibited
• Video Booster is for legitimate content promotion only
• Creators are responsible for the content they promote

5.2 For Viewers

Viewers may earn points by watching videos in the Video Booster feed. Points are awarded upon completing the required watch duration for each video.

• Each user may claim a reward for a specific video only once
• Users cannot claim rewards for their own videos
• A minimum gap of 80% of the video's watch duration must pass between claims
• Daily and hourly claim limits may apply
• Faking watch time or engagement is prohibited

5.3 Extend and Cancel

Creators may extend an active booster by adding more viewers. The cost of extension is calculated based on the additional viewers.

Creators may cancel an active booster. Upon cancellation, unused viewer slots are refunded to the creator's account, excluding any non-refundable base fees.

6. App Testing & Review

CreoFeedback allows app developers to get their apps tested by real users and receive honest feedback.

6.1 For Developers

Developers may create an App Testing task by providing their app link, testing instructions, and setting the number of testers required.

Developers must:

• Own the app or have written permission to promote it
• Ensure the app complies with Google Play policies
• Not request fake downloads, fake reviews, or forced ratings
• Not incentivize 5-star ratings in exchange for points

6.2 For Testers

Users who test apps must:

• Download and install the app from the official source
• Provide honest and constructive feedback
• Not use automated tools to fake testing activity

Points for App Testing are awarded for honest feedback, not for submitting ratings or reviews on the Play Store.

6.3 Play Store Compliance

CreoFeedback is not affiliated with Google Play. App developers and testers must comply with Google Play's policies at all times.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use CreoFeedback responsibly and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, fabricated, or fraudulent feedback
• Submit abusive, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Harass, threaten, or intentionally target other users
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Points system
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or other unauthorized tools
• Create or operate multiple accounts to obtain unfair benefits
• Copy or submit another user's feedback as your own
• Use AI-generated or automatically generated feedback where such use is prohibited by the applicable task rules
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or App infrastructure
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content
• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Violate the rights of CreoFeedback, other users, or third parties
• Fake watch time or engagement in Video Booster
• Submit fake app testing evidence
• Request or provide fake Play Store reviews in exchange for points
• Use multiple accounts to claim rewards repeatedly
• Attempt to manipulate AI-generated analysis or reports

We may remove content, reverse improperly awarded Points, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action when we determine that activity violates these Terms.

8. User Content and Intellectual Property

8.1 CreoFeedback Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the App and its underlying technology, software, design, branding, logos, graphics, interfaces, features, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to CreoFeedback.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App unless expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized by CreoFeedback.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content that you submit to CreoFeedback to the extent you legally own such content.

By submitting content through the App, you grant CreoFeedback a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the App and its features.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any content you upload or provide through the App.

8.3 Feedback Submitted for Tasks

Feedback submitted in response to a task may be made available to the task creator as part of the functionality of the App.

You should not include sensitive personal information, confidential information, passwords, financial information, or other information that you do not wish to share in task feedback.

9. AI-Generated Content and Reports

CreoFeedback may provide AI-powered reports, recommendations, analysis, suggestions, or other generated content.

AI-generated content is provided for informational and general guidance purposes only. AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate information.

You should independently evaluate AI-generated information before relying on it or making decisions based on it.

CreoFeedback does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or rely on third-party services, platforms, APIs, payment processors, authentication providers, or other external services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. CreoFeedback is not responsible for the independent policies, practices, availability, or performance of third-party services.

Third-party services used by CreoFeedback may include Google authentication, Firebase, Google Gemini API, Groq API, YouTube-related services, image hosting services, and applicable app-store payment services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available or uninterrupted
• The App will be completely free from errors or defects
• AI-generated reports or recommendations will always be accurate
• Feedback provided through the App will produce any particular result
• The App will meet every user's individual requirements
• Any particular business, creator, engagement, growth, or financial result will be achieved

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreoFeedback and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

This may include, to the extent permitted by applicable law, loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the App
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Loss or corruption of data
• Reliance on AI-generated content or recommendations
• Actions or content of other users
• Third-party services
• Unauthorized access or security incidents beyond our reasonable control

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreoFeedback and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the App
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
• Content submitted by you through the App

14. Modifications to the App

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the App or its features at any time.

This may include changes to the Points system, available features, pricing, rewards, task requirements, or other functionality.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from changes to the App, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page.

Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice of material changes through the App or other appropriate communication methods.

Your continued use of CreoFeedback after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to applicable law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where permitted by law.

The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue to remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you in connection with specific features of the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and CreoFeedback regarding your use of the App, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
